Vinification
After a strict selection, grapes are refrigerated at 5¬ļ C. 90% destemmed, grapes are fermented in French oak barrels. Daily stirring until final pressing.
Tasting Notes
Ruby-coloured with purplish reflections of youth. Predominant aromas of ripe fruit, blackberries, black plums and violets, toasted as a result of its storage in barrels. Powerful, full-bodied, structured, fresh and mineral.

100% Monastrell from 6 different vineyards in San Agustín and San José, all sandy and very near the sea. Ungrafted 60-year old vines with a total surface area of 3,9 ha.

12 months in 100 % French oak barrels of varied sizes.
