The Monastrell grapes comes from ungrafted vineyards in San Agustin and San Jos√©, with sandy soil and very near to the sea, grown solely by peasant farmers. The Syrah grapes come from our own terraced, calcareous and stony vineyards in San Mateo.
This wine is neither filtered nor stored in barrels. It rests in reservoirs for several months in order to separate turbidities by natural decantation and is then immediately bottled. Due to its elaboration, natural sediments are inclined to appear. We recommend decanting.
