70% of the grapes destemmed and 30% whole cluster, inoculated with starter cultures (indigenous yeasts).
Identity
Our entry level red wine with immediacy and fluidity. Ageing in concrete tanks adds weight to the fruit, resulting in a a grape infusion with a fresh Mediterranean character and personality.

Sandy and clay soils

35% of the wine aged in 500-litre French oak. Then allowed to rest in cement deposits for approximately 9 months until bottling.
