100% ungrafted Mourvèdre from 5 different vineyards 60 to 90 years of age. The vineyards have a total area of 3,2 ha. with deep sandy loam over sandstone soils close to the sea. All vineyards have been laboured without chemicals for over 10 years.
Aged 60% in French oak of second and third use and 40% in clay amphoras.
