| Identity |
| This white wine allows us to highlight the explosive character of the Malvasia grape, combined with the aromatic delicacy of a small-berried Muscat. In its most floral and elegant form, enhanced by ageing in oak and stirring on fine lees, the proximity of this plot to the sea provides the necessary moisture in the form of sea mist, which partly compensates for the low rainfall. |
Silty, sandy with presence of calcareous rocks
Nine months of ageing on lees, in the same French oak barrel as fermentation, with periodic stirring.
