Sip, savour, and slow down as the Ibiza sun dips below the vines
Join us for an intimate, 2-hour open-air journey designed for wine lovers, seekers of beauty, and those who appreciate the soul of the island.
Limited to just 24 guests per evening, this very exclusive wine-food experience celebrates Ibiza’s winemaking heritage as we focus on the island’s two indigenous grape varieties – Malvasia and Monastrell – to bring you a taste of salty sea breezes, our calcareous clay soils and Mediterranean sun.
The Setting: Hippy-Chic Elegance
Unwind into cozy palet sofas, surrounded by vineyards and yute carpets, and illuminated by the warm, gentle glow of the setting sun, and then solar lanterns.
As curated jazzy bossanova music drifts through the air, you’ll experience the island’s legendary golden hour in its purest, most tranquil form.
The Journey: A Five-Chapter Masterclass
This is a choreographed sensory story. You’ll enjoy five of our premium wines, from our Ibizkus and Totem labels, each meticulously paired with individual gourmet delicacies.
To the greatest extent possible, we’ll source local “Km. 0” produce. As an example, figs are in season during August and September, so we’d adapt our tasting menu to offer baked Ibicencan figs with local goat cheese, honey and pine nuts.
Other pairings could include seabass ceviche with mango and lime, chilled gazpacho with its garnish, hand-carved Iberian ham and aged Manchego cheese served with carob bread... The menu will be adjusted seasonally.
